CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you wishes to cancel a lesson a minimum of 48 hours prior notice should be given. If you cancel a lesson without giving this they will rearrange the lesson. If you do not give 48 hour notice we reserve the right to charge you for the missed lesson.
 
TIMEKEEPING & TRAFFIC DELAYS:
Our instructors can not be held responsible for delays due to traffic delay. Where possible our instructors will make up any lost time at the end of the current lesson or add to future bookings.
 
TAKE PAYMENTS IN ADVANCE:
Our instructors may ask for payments in advance. Most instructors can adopt the policy of taking payment at least 5 days in advance. If pupil fail to pay then instructor have right to cancel lesson.
